About Susan S. Park, CPNP, MSN, CCTC

After becoming a PNP, I have had a great interest in pediatric transplantation. In 2009, I moved to Phoenix and helped initiate the first pediatric heart transplant program in Phoenix at SJHMC. In 2011, I helped restart a new heart transplant program at PCH which is now one of the busiest heart transplant program in the nation. In addition to my PNP role, I served as an intermin solid organ transplant administrator in the year 2013, helping the pediatric heart and liver transplant programs to receive CMS certification. I also created the first every pediatric heart transplant support group in the valley in March of 2011 that helps support close to 100 pediatric heart transplant families in the valley.
